I have a Microwave oven from Haier company. It is out of warantee now. In November, it's door lock got broken. I tried to get it serviced from local shop first. However, they told me that it is very difficult to get Haier spare parts & therefore, I should contact the company for service.
Accordingly, I raised a complaint in November end for this. Company representative visited my house & checked the problem. He told me that he will come back to me with the lock within 8-10 days.
After that, I have been regularly following with them for last three months, without any results.
Today, I called up the Customer Service again & to my shock, the lady told me that they cannot send the Company person to my place for such a minor problem & that I should get it repaired locally.
I tried to explain her that I agreed to pay for the visit charges & the only reason I am coming to company is because the spares are not available locally.
Even then, she insisted that the person will not visit, neither the spare could be given.
In my opinion, their service & response is very poor & therefore, new buyers should be careful before buying any products from them.
It is regardless to say that I will not buy anything from them here on.
