Motorola has the POOREST after sale service support even for the handset which is under warranty period. The experience with motorola & its service centres is really pathetic and causing mental harassment and wastage of time.
Motorola is not even willing to replace the hadset knowing that its been already submitted four times to service centres but received back unrepaired.
In my opinion, this company should not be allowed to sell its products in the cities where it is not able to provide after sales support to customers.

First time given for Repair to UCOM Tech, Amritsar on Jan.05.Received back UNREPAIRED on Jan.20 (after 15 days).
Second time again given for Repair to UCOM Tech, Amritsar on Jan.24.Received back UNREPAIRED on Feb.05 (after 12 days).
Third time again given for Repair to UCOM Tech, Amritsar on Feb.12.Received back UNREPAIRED on Feb.25 (after 14 days).
Fourth time again given for Repair to AHD Communications, Amritsar on Feb.26. Till date the device is with them and unable to tell its status.
For last SEVEN months i don't have the mobile phone and i have to purchase a new one so that my work do not suffer.
Now the whole matter is with the honourable District Consumer Court.
