I purchased 6nos of Havell's Polstar E-lite 28W Set from M/S Vaishanavi Electricals, Aditya Apt, Chandak Circle, Nashik-2 on 0th Oct. On 9th Oct.10 I got it installed from experienced electrician. One fan could not start, so I called Mr. Subhash Rathod (Cell # 9762262625) of Shreyas Electricals (Authorised Service Center for Havells fan) on advise of M/S Vaishnavi Electricals. After lot of follow up he came on 11th oct.evening & collected the fan to check & rectify the problem. He told me that he will installed the rectified or fresh piece after 2/3 days. But as on date i.e 16th Oct. he is trying to avoid and after rigorous follow up, yesterday told me to collect the fan from his works.
Is this a service? Is this a crime I made by purchasing Havell's fan?
After this, I will not commit a mistake to buy any of the Havell's product.
