Problem not resolve

I had submitted my mobile phone model sony ericsson j20i (Hazel) to Sony Ericsson service center Accel Frontline Service, Accel Care Center, Detect Computers & services B-42 Kasturba nagar, Near Chetak Bridge (07554228249), 09-Sep. From there i got job sheet (SE31146411385) and they told me it will take 7 days maximum . after 6 days When I called to service center they told me it will take 10 days more. Now 20 days gone but my complaint not resolve. As per your Survice station part is not available now. And They Not Do anything...

I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of

Sony Ericsson which they provide to the customers is really pathetic...

This is my 3rd Sony Ericsoon hand set, but now i decided next time i will not purchas Sony ericsson hand set... u
