Sir,
I am very sorry to say that after a lot of hua and cry which is written in my first mail which is attached with this mail below, my water purifier got serviced on 21/01/09. At present again my machine is non-functional but nobody is there to take care. At present Eureka Fobes has it's franchise at Bettiah, which is being run by the same firm from which we have maintenance contract for Two years. Whenever we contact Mr Sudhir at his mobile number
91-9430413904 (Mr. Sudhir Kumar), we don't get satisfactory answer. I don't understand how can a company of such reputation can do this.
So please help us to resolve our issues so that my machine can be maintained on time, every time..
