I had given my sony mobile for repair at SONIC INFOTECH 1st Floor, Faridi building, Maqbara Road, Hazratganj, lucknow. work order no. SE30903210979 on 21 July my repair. The took Rs. 250 and delivered it on 31st July. Just after 2-3 days the whole system got black out.
Then again onAug 17 i gave them the mobile for repair job order SE30903211959 for which they said that it has to be sent to Hq for repairs and later on told me it would costRs. 2150/-
On receiving the mob. I was asked to pay the amount but in the Repair details no amount was mentioned. I asked them to give me computer generated details where rs.2150/- is written for which they denied and wrote in their own hand writing. I thin they are cheating YOU and me too because when i insisted for too long they gave me a receipt of SONIC INFOTECH and told me although it the repair is costing Rs. 1450/- locally we have charged you as the set was sent outside. I don't find truth in it and think it has been locally repaired. On further pressuring they are saying show me the receipt of Rs. 250/- paid earlier and we will return the amount.
Kindly check about it as I'm not sure how long again the repair will last.
Very poor service centre and all the clients waiting there were given one or the other excuse.
Please take the note seriously or else we will have to move to consumer court having no other choice.
