I had placed an order for Wii fit board on June 10th. I got a confirmation mail saying the order will be processed immediately. But there has been no response to mails or calls even after so many days. I have not received any courier tracking number so far. There is no mention of refund also. Completely disappointed with the poor response.
Please suggest an alternative.
