Not Responding

I bought a new airtel postpaid card on last week. They are forcing me to pay 500 as a deposit amount for that they are telling some reasons. I agree to pay the advance amount. But before that they cut my outgoing call. I can't able to call to the customer care itself. They are not responding and not even my problem yet cleared.,
