Dear Ma'am,

Myself Kavita Kenia (Mumbai), wants your intervention in the matter of the complaint i have registered with reliance customer care yesterday, As they have activated some sports pack on my number 9320722412, which i have not told them or subcribed for, and every month after month they are deducting 30 Rs from my account. Yesterday on complaining about the same, i asked them the reason for the deduction of the amount for my above mentioned address, they informed me that some sports pack is activated and on telling them that i had never subcribed for it, they started arguing to me regarding the same, and they were renewing this facility month after month without my approval to do so...

Also want to inform you, that the facility that has been activated without my approval, i had not got any facility till today from this sports pack, i kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my money back to me... My complaint number is 108750664
