Beware.

this is my first dealing with reliance tel communications, and i have had a horrible experience. it is now 3 days since i bought a mobile and new sim from Miraroad Reliance communications, and it has not yet been activated.

Santosh who says he is the manager does not attend any of my calls, If i call from a new number he does answer and once he knows who is calling he does not pick the line.on one occasion i called him and he said that santosh is admitted to the hospital, in 2 min i called from another number and he said Yes santosh speaking, later he disconnected the line.

even after going there many times he keeps promising to activate the mobile but till now he has not done so.

also i got my net connection from him and when i tried to open my site on line i am not able to do do since it is on someone else's name the name.

now i tried to even calling up the main office but everyone keeps giving me false hopes.

i say that reliance staff are not efficient at all, and they are taking clients for granted.

who has the time to run around them? do we take holiday from our jobs to run and get our work done from them???
