Hi fi electrical switch board
Not able to trace company and log complaint

I had purchased hi fi brand electrical swith boards from a local dealer in faridabad. After installation we started facing problem of some sticky liquid coming out and spoiling wall and boards. When we complaint to the dealer he called up some company representatives from mumbai and they took some sample and after few days changed the entire switch boards with out giving any written reason.

Now again we are facing same problem but by now it has caused us spoilage of complete walls and have to repainted again costing 40k in addition to it change of switch boards for home will also cost me.

I do not know how to catch hold of them. Can any body advise how to proceed on the matter and how to bring them in consumer court.
