Sub: Complaint regarding complementary SCHNITZER Headphone not received from your reputed showroom along with Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic mobile phone.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding a mobile (Nokia -5800Xpressmusic) phone which I had purchased from your outlet at M -5, Connaught Place, New Delhi -110 001 against your invoice no. 2862 dated on 13th November. At the time of purchase they have not inform/given me the complimentary offer as SCHNITZER Headphone its cost is Rs. 2290/- approx. along with the above said mobile. Now, I came to know through my friends about the same offer because they had also purchases that phone from different dealers in Delhi during that period. The Nokia has provided that offer from its beginning on above said mobile in India and its valid till today also.

I have already ask about the same with your outlet but they haven’t given me any proper response and refuse to give me the offer.

Kindly, look into the matter on priority & provide the same on immediately basis.
