Sir I have buy this IFB Washing machine Model: IFB ELITE VX 7KG FAWM. This machine makes very loud noise, I have call to IFB customer care and register my complaint more than 5 times. None of them have solve my problem. They are sending technician without having any proper and perfect knowledge of machine. Last time I call them and they said me "Their senior technician will visit my home." Till that none have came at my home and I am suffering from this problem. Machine is in Warranty and Guarantee. I requested to solve machine problem permanently eitherwise replace my machine OR return my money back.
Its too much headache for me and also for my neighbours also.
It is bottom neck for me now.
I humble request to solve my problem as early as possible.
