My name is Vilas Patil. I have purchased the purifier from Hindustan lever on 5/04, Customer Id :- 1928907115. Within the period of one and half a month, the Purifier has been giving me the problem. When i booked the complaint on 17th May the executive, without checking the machine for the problem, claimed that the germ kit and prepared the kit replacement. It was replaced on chargeable basis. Again after the replacement, a period of one and half month, i am suffering the same problem from the purifier. I have booked the complaint# C102522987, one and half week before. The executive had visited and did something but yet the problem persist. I reported my feedback on the same complaint on the same day asking me for replacement of the purifier against the faulty piece. But since that day, i had followed it today 07/08 with Mr. Atul, Mr. Sachin, and Mr. Hussain. But no one is ready to provide me the replacement. Need your help to get the replacement a.s.a.p.
