REPACEMENT OF BATTERY

I, Kuldeep Khetarpaul (0-9810258900) purchase the p water purifier "Pureit", after 6 month on 26th of May the battery for the same was replaced by the Co. authorized dealer on chargeable basis for 1500 lits. of water for 2 1/2 to 3 months,

but it became useless just after 24 days for which the complaint has been raised at 1860 180 1000, PUREIT . They assured to attend the complaint with in 48 Hrs.

but still it is pending till now. After complaining for the same various time at the interval of 4-5 days & discussing the same with the senior level persons, they did not arrange to attend the complaint registration No. C124330775, to replace the same. Instead of attending the complaint, the SMS is being sent (each & every time) that "Sorry to inform you that the could, t trace your address", while my address in very simple and Live in the traceable colony i.e.

137/A; Sainik Colony, Sector- 49, Faridabad NIT, (HARYANA).

Now you please arrange to attend the complaint, otherwise i will not forgive and go up to the higher authority till the complaint is not being attended.
