No proper response for the complaint made
Sir,
Our Complaint number is C102612272 and my name is Salvia residing at New Delhi.
I bought a Pure it Compact on 23rd August however I made a complaint on 24th August about water leakage from the 2nd chamber after the final stage of purification of water. I was said that an expert would contact me in 48 hours but I did not receive any call back from any representative. After calling again on 26th August I was told that my complaint is being forwarded on an urgent basis, however I received a SMS saying that my address is not traceable.
The address given was reconfirmed by the executive at the helpline number on 26th August, 10 and also a landmark (University area, North Delhi) was given but I have not yet received any response from Hindustan Lever team.
Hope you will take appropriate action and get our request and revert to the compliant registered with the company at the earliest.
