Regarding Bills on purchase of Pure it (Autofill)

Dear Team,

I have purchased Hindustan Uni lever Pure It (Autofill) Water purifier on June from Hindustan Uni Lever agency which in my home town Muzaffarpur (Bihar-842001) near Vishal Studio Tower chowk. I paid 3200/- for that purifier and pure it executive who came to install the purifier told me that, i will get the receipt/Bill of that amount within 1-2 days.

he noted down my address and name also in order to make tha bill. But uptill now he didn't give me the bill of that purifier. As i think if i have purchased any thing then it is my legal right to take the bill of that article for which i paid.

I called more than 20 times to that pureit execuitive whose name is SITESH and Contact No is 09939077669, but every time either he didn't pick the phone or give me baseless excuse.

I am not able to understand that why he is not willing to give the bill/receipt.
