Non payment of salary

Hi,

This is Rakesh Ranjan, I worked in "Hindustan Paper & Petroleum Ltd" from 12th April '10 to 4th November '10. After resigning from this company I have given them proper notice period, but still they haven't released the salary for last two Months.

Kindly take an action against such organization.
