I had purchased a Pureit water purifier of Hindusthan Unileaiver Company in March (Customer ID of Pureit 1927110468) at the time of purchase it was not intimated to us that the product requires change of Germkill Kit in every 2 or three months and servicing in every 2 or 3 months which costs about 500 in every quarter, however iam ready to pay the charges whatever is applicable but since two months the said purifier is not working and about 20 times we have made a complaint for the same, two times company's service boys attended the complaint, wash and service the product and assured us that the product will work then, I have also paid the service charge for the same, but after servicing the product didn't work, the non working of purifier was again conveyed to the Customer care representative of the said company and it was requested to send any expert or engineer as the local boys are failed to repair the product. Customer Care representative only assured us that the complaint would be attended, but till date (after about 2 months) the product is not working and we are either depend on mineral water purchased from market or consuming boiled water which is costing a lot.
Therefore It is a humble request before the Hon'ble Consumer Forum to intervene in the matter and at least to convey the said grievence to the Company.
