COMPLAINT ON NOKIA E-63
I am Nilesh from Delhi. I had purchased the Nokia handset E-63 on 28/02 with IMEI No. 3515502042649624 from the retailer “Cellucom Retail India (P) ltd”, Vikash marg main road, Laxmi nagar, New Delhi. My handset suddenly gets hanged everyday since the day of purchase, which is not allowing me to access it for few seconds everyday. At the same time there is latency issue in all display of menus/sub menus i.e. only half of the menu gets display initially which later displays complete menu after few seconds e.g. Suppose you have selected connection submenu “Available active connection” you will see only half of the string i.e. “Available active “initially which later get display the complete menu name after few seconds.
I visited the retailer but it was strange to hear their excuse. Retailer says that it is common in every Nokia E-63 set & refused to get it corrected. They want me to provide written document from nokia directing them to correct it. My other colleagues are also using the E63 but never had seen such problem. I shown this handset to your authorized care centre & they clearly said the issue is with my set only not all Nokia set has problem of this sort. I want to bring this in your notice that these kind of retailers are not only selling faulty handset but they are defaming the name & value of the brand “Nokia ”. With hope to hear from you I am submitting my concern for your quick action. Please take some serious measures to ensure these retailers should get strong message & should dare not to misuse Nokia name & should also stop misguide people. This will help in gaining the confidence & trust in buying Nokia.
