this is very humble request to your company to pls change my pure it battery kit urgently.as I am giving compliant from 19th of august your people don't have time to come and change the kit. After complaining many times your call center executives only says it will get change in 2 working days sorry for delay. Today also I have given complaint on 9am today and it was the height of you executive mr kalam his name, says that
'If today you didn't get the kit you call again to costumer support cell'. this means before living for office daily I have to give call to your customer cell is it fair are you paying me for daily giving you call without failing as if I am working for you. my details are as follows
