I have a leakage problem in my marvella water purifier. I made my first complaint on 16th morning around 10:00 Am. I was told the service engineer would come within 24 hrs. However that did not happen till evening of 17th so I made another complaint and this time I was told it would be rectified eithi 12 hours as this was my 2nd complaint. Fortunately the service engineer came on 18th evening around 6 0 clock and to my surprise he told me he does not knows anything about Marvella. I made another complaint the same time and I was told it would be rectified by 12o clock on 19th its already past that time while I am writing this feedback and complaint.
So I would rate the services provided bu these guys as simply PATHETIC.
