My Hitachi 1.5 Ton Window AC went to Hitachi Service Centre for
change of compressor. It returned from service center on 7th May
and was installed. On 12th of May, I noticed that some of its functions
are not working properly. Since they used to work correctly before
going to the service station, I reported it immediately to the Hitachi.
But they are saying that the some component PCB has to be
replaced and I will have to bear the cost. Why should I bear the
cost of something that Hitachi guys have broken?? They should
replace it free of cost. Prior to going to Hitachi Service Centre it
was working fine.
