Giving lot of noise

I have bought a AC HITACHI MAKE 5 star split -model follow me. It is giving lot of noise while on working and not giving proper cooling. It is bought thro ludhiana dealer M/S Rahul sales around 15 days back. this complaint was made to yr dealer also, bt yr local service center could nt rectified properly.pl. solve the probelm and replce my unit with new one.
