I am ruchira sharma. We had purchased air conditioner from the COOLTECH CORPORATION chandigarh 2 yrs back. Since then we havent received any service from the company. It is very dissappointing on behalf of the company that we have filed a complaint with Mr. Nirav and Mr. akki of the company on a telephone call, even then no action has been taken.
