It has been 08 months since we have purchased a Hitachi Refrigerator from M/S Shakti Electronics. From the beginning, the refrigerator has been troubling us with poor cooling, overflowing and at times flooding of defrost water inside and switch defects.

Several complaints have been made to M/S Shakti as well as Local Hitachi Office. However, the problem has not been resolved. They are just promising some change of the local parts etc., which has not worked in the past

Since it is within the warranty period, we have been asking for total replacement of this defect product. The company has not been responding in a responsible manner.
