Filed a complaint for the compressor of Hitachi Air condition with their customer care helpline no 35324848. Complaint no 11061100727 dt 11/06. Mr Shoaid from their Authorised Service Centre visited on 13/06 and confirmed that Compressor need to be replaced. Also charged 380/-Rs as their visiting charges (formal receipt is there). Assured that by Friday i.e 17/06 problem will be solved. when nothing is being done, I called their customer care no again on Sunday and talk to Mr. Prashant and he also gave assurance that by Monday somebody will visit to my house to have a clear idea about the problem. Again when no response is there I called up Monday evening and talk to Miss Mittal on their helpline once again. She also confirmed that by 22/06 compressor will be replaced as it is not available in the stock. Before that nobody told about the availablity of the compressor. In fact when I talk to Mr Shoaib on 16/06 he told me that compressor is already being loaded in the Tempo and by 18/06 I will replace the compressor. Now Today is 26 June and no response from this company.
