Malfunctioning of new Hitachi AC

I purchased a brand new Hitachi AC from Kapila Electronics Janak Puri, New Delhi, on 18th of this month. The demonstration was given after 5 days of purchase, since then the AC is malfunctioning as it does not cut off automatically.

I request you to send your engineer to set it right, but prior to the visit he should give a call to me so that I am available at that point of time.
