I bought an HITACHI AIR CONDITIONER - QUADRYCOOL TM on 24th March and the Company did not even send any person for its installation and I was told by their authorised dealer - NAYYAR ELECTRONIC WORLD, RU-376, PITAM PURA, N.D to get it installed by outside. Nobody from the Company was sent for DEMO. My particulars are DEEPAK, customer code I1003009488
The AC was not working and I was advised to lodge a complaint with the customer care. A complaint which was registered on 2nd April was attended by HITACHI PEOPLE on 24th April.
The AIR CONDITIONER - QUADRYCOOL TM which was made available is very noisy although HITACHI CLAIMS IT TO BE NOISE FREE AIR CONDITIONER .
Even the Technicians giving demo confirmed in writing that this AIR CONDITIONER IS DIFFECTIVE AND HAVE TO BE REPLACED. AS ITS A NEW AIR CONDITIONER HOW COME SUCH A BIG AND WELL KNOWN COMPANY LIKE HITACHI IS NOT HAVING QUALITY CHECKS FOR ITS PRODUCTS.
I am VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED BY THIS HOPELESS SERVICE ON THE PART OF SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE HITACHI.
It has been ONE MONTH and SEVEN DAYS still I am wondering here and there in the misguiding loops created by HITACHI technician and Dealer – NAYYAR ELECTRONICS
I even talked to DEVESH – Area Sales Manager.
Please help me out and replace this defective Air Conditioner and improve your after sales service
