we purchased 9 hitachi 1.5ton air conditioners.
the ac's are still in warranty period and we have started facing problems in almost every ac this summer
sometimes it is gas leakage problem aur sometimes it is some other problem.
every ac comes up with a new and different problem
on complaining about the malfunctioning of the ac the customer care executives give 48hrs as the deadline for the complaint to get attended but no executive actually turns up to your place for the solution.
even the phone numbers provided on internet work time to time.
in this scorching heat the kind of after sales service given by hitachi is a real flop show for the company.
never buy hitachi ac
poor service during the most needed time of the season.
