We had bought a Hitachi AC split of 1.5 ton in the mnth of july9.within a few days of installing the Ac the remote of the Ac started malfunctioning.after repeated calls to its service centre, the service engineer came and repaired the problem. But again within 2 days the same problem occured. now since the last so many mnths despite our repeated calling the service centre people are turning a deaf ear to our request. and now from the last week they have also stopped picking calls at their office. Pls help as it is a brand new AC within the warranty period
