Poor customer support | Useless Toll-free Numbe

I have an hitachi window A/C which is currently under warranty and is making some strange noise when compressor is on.

I tried to call the toll free number :1800-200-8585.

but this number is useless in the sense that it disconnects within 50-60 seconds even if one is talking to the customer care executive or on hold to be connected. I think there is some serious flaw in the system here as this is not one of incidents, I have been trying for quite some time now but every time it disconnects in middle of the call (max 57 secs)

Please note that this is not the first time this is happening, I have couple of more Hitachi ACs and whenever there is an problem with it there is no customer support from Hitachi.

In one instance, Gas in one of my ACs had leaked after logging complaint, It took 2 months time for the service executive to visit my place.By then I had given up hope and had resorted to a local service center (obiviously not authorised by Hitachi but gave prompt servce)

I was hestitance in buying another Hitachi product this time around but the showroom ensured that the service had improved a lot and they are providing prompt service. What prompt service can i expect if the customer care number doesnt work.
