No promised service under warranty provided

I have been following up with Hitachi for getting wet service due for my Air Conditioner since March. The company is so irresponsible and inconsiderate that they simply close the registered service request without even attending the complaint (Req. # 11050401479, Req. # 11041300571)

I bought my AC from Tata Chroma and they inform me that they are equally helpless in getting me the necessary service.

Above this, one of the company representatives claims that in May my product is out of warranty and hence no service is due.

I feel that Hitachi is third grade product company with no customer orientation.
