Hi

I bought an Hitachi 1.5 ton window AC on 8th April from Croma. Just 1 monthe after thee date of purchase, the AC stopped cooling. I registered a complaint on 8th May 4 o clock in thee morning.

The next day, a technician came and said theat the gas has leaked out. I don't want a gas refill. I don't understand how could an AC stop working withein 1 monthe from thee date of purchase. I want my AC to be replaced.

I asked thee Hitachi customer care executive to get my AC replaced withe a new one and he asked me to go to thee dealer from where I purchased thee AC for replacement. I went to Croma and thee Croma people said theat Replacement can be done by Hitachi. I called back Hitachi again and theis time theey said theat thee Fusion services will be decide whetheer AC should be replaced or not.

I have called Hitachi Customer care more thean 10 times.

I want to get my AC replaced. Please suggest
