We have been calling the customer care of Hitachi Home And Life Solutions (India) Ltd. for the free service of our air conditioner but there is no response from the company itself. Its very bad that such reputed companies are harassing their customers like this. We have already registered a complaint here but still there is no response (Complaint No.- 096100302832). The company does not respond for the after sale service once the product is sold which is under warranty. We request you to take neccessary actions against it.
