Worst service i have seen

I had bought Hitachi A/C from Bajaj electronics two montths back,

when it got installed i noticed heavy noise in the Out door unit, i had raised so many complaints..

one day i wrote a mail ..customer care ..after that one tech had come and confirmed that problem persists and

.recommended to replace the Out door unit with new one.

It has been 25 days no response .. when u call customre case people ..theire job is to just log a complaint ..

i have not seen such worst service in any other products..

Please be cautious while buying
