Bought Hitachi AC. Compressor doesnt work. Launched complaint, no action for last 4 days.
Called Customer Care (This is the most Hilarious Part)
Me: Hi, I want to know the status of my complaint # XXXXXXXXXX
Sales Person: I will not tell
Me: What?
Sales Person: The status
Me: Why?
Sales Person: I dont feel like.
Me: why dont you give the phone to your senior.
Sales Person: Hangs the phone
I call again
Me: May I know your name
Sales Person: Neeraj
Me: What are you here for?
Sales Person: Masti Marne ke liye (" Just For Fun" - In Hindi)
Me: I can complaint to your senior.
Sales Person: Go ahead, I dont care. Hangs the phone.
This is the kind of service HITACHI gives to its customers. And they charge premium for it, and we fools pay for it.
