Lack of response even after giving complaint

I deeply regret to bring to your notice on the poor response from the service department of Hitach India. I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had raised a complaint on 30th April with Request No : 11050100072 to rectify my refrigerator (three door 366 litres) which was not cooling within one year of its purchase. And till date there has been no response or action on the same. I am facing the difficulty in getting my complaint addressed promptly.

I don’t blame Hitachi Corporate Japan for I know their service is prompt. It is rather annoying to experience such worst response from the company in India. Inspite of emails to the company [email protected], there is no action take as of now.

I would never recommend this brand to any one in India for the service in India is dead poor. Due to the language problem such matters become difficult to take it up to the Head office Japan.
