Hitachi Refrigrator
Complaint register on 23rd May

I have registered complaint with Hitachi Service Centre under complaint number 12052300764 dated 23rd May. inspite of calling everyday no one attend the complaint till today 5th June. I have sent them several reminder by email on '[email protected]' but there is no response. There customer care executive also bang the phone several times while i was checking the status of my complaint.

Please help.
