Outage of AC m/c due to PCB failure

Very poor performance of Hitachi ac m/c.

Dear Sir,

Myself purchased Window Hitachi ac m/c on 02.06.2007. The PC board got out of order on 2009 and again on 05. Local service center repaired PCB for first time and now again they are engaged in repairing work. I found myself in trouble by purchasing Hitachi ac m/c. Although I am covered under AMC from local service center in Kolkata, the damaged PCB is not being replaced by a new one. I must say I am not ready to accept the repaired PCB which should be replaced by a fresh set.
