Subjected:-Faulty mobile sale & incomplete Oder dispatch at given address
1.I had Oder the one Fuji zone handset full touch screen handset date of 10/09 scheme with 1 Fuji zone handset free 1 MTV goggles free on this mention Oder no-30734763 date 13/09 but i had receive only handsets MTV goggle not receive and I have same inform to home shop 18 customer care talk with Mr rahul he says pls collect the handset due to mistake goggle not delivered now we will again dispatch the MTV GOGGLE with in 2 & 3 days, Courier boy deney to be checked the handset before purchasing he says pls don’t broken the seal without gave my money then we have again call on customer care no-18001800918 the same and talk with customer care executive he says pls gave the money in case your handset was faulty i have changed the handset with in 72 hours now we are gave the money
Now i had open the seal and checked the handset was faulty 1.FM not working 2. Memory card was not detected 3.MTV goggle not receive then i have again call the customer care regarding the issue he say pls wait your problem will be resolve with in 72 hours but problem not resolved now we have again call after 72 hours 18/09 at the evening 5oclock on customer care talk with customer care executive i say pls return your handset and reurn my money now he is deney we are not refund the money after the sales
Pls help take the hard action for this company is fraud management system and provide my refund and compensation……
