i write this complaint agains homeshop18 due to their false information and without having product on stock they accept the order and deducted money from credit card so customer will stuck into their refund process. I place a order for DELL VENUE smartphone worth of Rs 12, 999 on homeshop18 at 7th may after paying the amount for purchase by creditcard they giveme order no 912141681 and tell me product will be reached to u withing 4-5 working days but after 5 days when i call to their customercare their executive tell me it will take more 2-3 days to get then i asked about from which courier company they used . they told me they sent by ARAMEX courier and after 1 day when i again call then thei executive tell me that ur order not shipped yet due to out of stock and we will refund ur money but they do not tell within hw many days they refund or not refund the money
actually i purchased that sell to gifted someone on their birthday but homeshop18 ruined everything and my money also stuck due to false information, customer care service and not update their website about product avaiblity. i want to put a case againt homeshop18 in consumer court for this harresment and adviced my rnds not to shop from their website
