Wespro handcam not working

I have purcahse a wespro hanycamera from homeshop18 online shooping.but from day one it is not working and and i have send camera to wespro head office mumbai. from courier.but no feed back is with me and no solotion happen to my complain.i already send a complaim to consumer forum and to the company itself. now if it is not solve i have to give legal noitce from the cour.t
