I bought a MP3 player from Homeshop18 a 8 months before. When I got the packet from courier I paid the bill amount.hen I opened it, I shocked seeing that it was broken in tow peices. I called to Homeshop18 (phone no 18601800918) they asked me to send it to Hyderabad (to their vender) and I done so. After 1 month I inquired to Homeshop18 about the replacement of MP3 player, they said that their vender have not received the MP player which I sent to him, Although He (the vender -AMS exporter, Mr Sandeep Vig, Hyderabad.) got it from the courier. Now I mailed the proof of receipt to Homeshop18, and yet they are not sending me my MP3 player to me. In this way they making us fool and robbing the people like us.
