I had ordered an Kenstar Dry Iron from Homeshop 18 on 7th of June to gift it to my friend on his wedding on 20th June. My order no is 903991473. I received an Iron which was totally different from what I had ordered, so I had to return it back. It was a great haedache since I had to call the Logistic person & do all formalities. then I nearly called Homeshop 18 customer care 8 to 10 times regarding the delivery they replied the product will reach in 3 to 4 days but still yet the product is not been delivered till today (30-6). Homeshop 18 promises that they give delivery in 15 days or return the money back. I think all this is fake. hence dont thrust in this Homeshop 18 shopping site...
