In reply to the below mentioned case, and as per my telephonic interaction with the Delhi RO, Overnite Services would reimburse / refund the loss of My Mobile Nokia- C5 00 . I had rather requested you to deliver the handset to the receiver (at bhubaneswar - To Ms. Radha Mishra) instead of reimbursing it to Me (sender - at Haridwar- To Mr Gaurav Sharma) and was asked to put the same through a mail to The office.
And so here within the mail am enclosing the whole Case and my request to Overnite.
Please do the need full ASAP, and keep me informed. Hoping a better and quicker and sensible action from your end.

I got the parcel today but found the mobile phone from inside missing. All other accessories in it are existing.
The parcel was slit from one corners. Hopefully Bhubaneswar branch has done some follow up in regards to this. This is in continuation to my disappointment of ur delivery services.
First the delay, the parcel was booked from haridwar on 4th june, reached delhi on 10th, dispatched from delhi on 15th june. Such unusual delay and now the missing mobile from it.
Apart from the inconvenience am facing, am utterly disappointed with the whole matter. Hoping a quick follow up from ur Team in this issue.
We are the customers, and ur image depends on image that you create in our minds.

my Airway Bill No is 7032247891
. According to the status in ur website tracking, it was at delhi for 5 days from 10th to 15th June. and it seems today it has been dispatched from delhi to bhubaneswar (destination). I want to know the reason why was it kept at delhi for this 5 days and explanation for the delay in your delivery of courier.
We customers trust you for timely delivery of goods and if this is the scenario, I am sorry to say, but I will have to look for change in my courier service provider, because 6 days for a delivery of courier is long time though.
please look in to it.
I expect a timely and safe delivery of my parcel. Hoping for your cooperation and a reply with explanation from you.
