Defective AC unit since 06.5.2011

MySensei 1.0 Ton split ac unit is not cooling and trips after about 07 mins. This problem started after servicing was done around the 26th.may`2011 and has been attende a number of timesbut has not been rectified. The incharge of the baroda service centre attended twice (last during Ist. week of April`12) and as per him the PCB and sensor are defective and need to be replaced, but nothing has been done to replace them since May`2011.

If the same is not rectified within 10Days, the matter will be taken up in the consumer courts & Home solutions Retail India Ltd will have to pay for all claims, etc. The same will also be published in the newspapers for getting action taken in this regard, for which Home solutions Retail India Ltd will again be responsible.
