I am Dr. Saurabh Goyal. I have purchased a 1.5 Ton Window AC of
Koryo model KWR18AO2S bearing s.no.10C0280 vide Cash Memo
no. T26/19364 on date 23/06 from Big Baazar& got it installed on 27/06,
the salesman told me that it is having a Hitachi compressor, but I came
to know that it was having Toshiba compressor.
Since from the first day I am facing the cooling problem, the compressor
automatically shuts off when the temperature reaches 16 degree but again starts
only when the room gets hot.
I have also contact the salesman informally but nothing works.
