This product was purchased on 06 Sep 09 with warranty of two years from calicut, philips authorised shop. Since then the oven is giving electric shock while using. The equipment was returned to the shop just after one week of purchase for repair. With lots of persuation, the equipment was returned stating that, the same is repaired. However, the problem is still same and it is causing problem to other equipments too.
