We bought SENSEI Plasma TV Model SPTV42V8 from Big Bazaar EDM. After few months the picture display had problems. After many months of chasing various authorities in the company it was replaced with a new one. Now afain after approx 1 year of working the 2nd set also developed the same defect. Complaint was registered on 19th March. Complaint no is 305124. Service engineer came & said that Video card will be replaced. We asked for the same but till today no action is taken.
